I have had my own business (King Kong Furniture) for 38 years and during that time I developed an interest in all property related matters. I am chairman of 8 body corporates and a trustee on 4 more Body Corporates. I have always been involved in renting out a few properties. I know what works at a complex or commercial property and what does not. When I closed my business, I decided that I would still like to work with people and help them.
