I am Sue Smuts and live and sell real Estate in Yzerfontein. Since joining Pam Golding Properties in 2015 I have specialized in residential rentals in Darling and Yzerfontein and residential property sales in Yzerfontein, Grotto Bay and Jakkalsfontein. Before joining PGP my husband and I had planned on retiring, but it dawned on us that one should never stop dreaming and believing and the fast-developing village of Yzerfontein presented just such an opportunity to create new dreams.

Prior to following my career in real Estate I spent 20 years in the wine industry. My love and appreciation of good wine and the culture of wine and food pairing evolved into a passion I pursue till today. Those were vibrant years full of fun and laughter and people who will always remain an important part of my life.

Where I live now, life is simpler and more carefree. I love the sense of community, the West Coast humor, the peace and quiet, the fact that we still have almost no electric fences, no traffic, less light pollution and healthy, clean air.

Introducing clients to this unique and desirable lifestyle is without exception a privilege.

I never take for granted the role I play in the lives of those selling their homes and those wishing to make this part of the world their new home. I am the first port of call in the next chapter of their lives, and they should feel they can trust me.
