Good day, my name is Frank and I am a proud agent for Pam Golding Properties. I specialise in residential, farms and commercial property sales in the Tzaneen area. I have 18 months experience in the real estate industry and in that time I have completed my NQF4 in real estate qualification. In my spare time I enjoy mountain biking, golf, walking and my true passion is fly fishing. I also take part in local events in the area to raise money and help people in need. I immigrated to this wonderful country five years ago with my wife to retire after serving 31 years in the Metropolitan Police in London as a Detective Sergeant. I then was the head of security for Hugo Boss, a large retail company for nine years. When I arrived in South Africa I found that I needed to get involved in something where I could meet people and provide a service. I was approached by Pam Golding in Tzaneen as the owner thought I showed the right people skills to become a very good agent. I have always been a people’s person and this opportunity was perfect. Since joining I have never looked back.

I believe in first impressions and that is why I always ensure to be professional and polite at all times as well as always looking smart in my appearance when meeting a client. I also believe in proper telephone etiquette because I not only represent myself as an agent but Pam Golding as well. I have learnt that listening is very important and a great tool use when dealing with a client’s needs and requirements. What I enjoy most about being an agent is getting the opportunity to meet amazing clients and help them in any way possible. I strive to always make both buyers and sellers happy.

In the 14 months that I have been with Pam Golding Properties I have achieved a great deal, not only for the company but also for myself. I recently concluded a sale between a buyer from Holland and a seller who owns a 850 hectare Macadamia farm, in full production the sale has been agreed and signed for R45 000 000. This was a massive learning curve and I have gained so much knowledge in the area of selling farms which will put me in good stead for the future. I enjoy the everyday challenges and taking into consideration all my client’s needs and requirements. I ensure to always give my clients the very best service and strive to build up a good reputation in my community.
