My passion gives me boundless energy.
My name is Dot Stuart-White, and a fully qualified estate agent since 2001 and delighted to work alongside colleagues who are hardworking, driven, community orientated, sporty, and passionate about property.
In January 2000, our family moved permanently from Cape Town to Cape St Francis. We bought a “renovators dream” very close to Cape St Francis beach and got busy straight away. Alastair and I love a revamp and over the past 24 years done a few reno’s and new builds in Cape St Francis , St Francis Bay both residential and commercial.
In the early days there were very few permanent residents in Cape St Francis and literally a handful of children living in the village. The initial lift club to Woodridge consisted of 5 children! Two of the five were ours! Wow, how the area has grown, as people have moved away from the big cities...

After matriculating and obtaining a diploma in Fashion Design in Cape Town, I combined this with my first love, dance. I became a partner in the Cape Town dance studio at 22, while dancing professionally as well. After qualifying as a dance teacher in my mid-twenties, I taught and performed until my two children were born. On arriving in St Francis Bay, I offered dance classes and got to meet plenty of lovely locals and their children!
I started working as a rental agent in 2001 and that’s when my love of St Francis Bay Village began. I moved into sales in 2002 and I knew this was where I was meant to be. Mortgage and banking knowledge from working as a Ooba Bond Originator for a couple of years has been additional and beneficial knowledge that I am able to share with potential buyers.
Lois Fox and I have been business partners since 2020 and in 2023 we achieved Emerald Circle Status, reserved for the top 20 out of 2000 national and international Pam Golding agents, and is the only Pam Golding award which is permanent. We were rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip to the Italian “Amalfi Coast”, as the personal guest of Dr Andrew Golding.
By no means a talented sportswoman, I enjoy taking part … I’m an active member of the Cycling Club, Open water swimming group, and enjoy SUPing on the canals, yoga, gym, aquafit and have completed 170 + Parkruns.
I am service-driven, passionate about property and people, and thrilled to be part of the PGP team.
