Hi I am Delecia.

I have been with Pam Golding Gansbaai since May 2018. I specialize in residential property sales in Gansbaai and surroundings.

After matriculating in 1980, I joined the South African Police Force. I did my six months training in Pretoria from January 1981 - June 1981. The training involved handling of firearms, combatting of crime, the different laws in South Africa and discipline. After training I was stationed at various stations in the Eastern and Western Cape.

During 1991 I completed my National diploma in Police administration. During 1992 I completed a two month Officer course in Paarl and was promoted to Lieutenant.

I was promoted to Captain during 1994 and to Major during 1996. During January 1998 I started I started working as Head of the Human Resource department at Kuilsriver Police station.

During 1991 I completed my National diploma in Police administration. During 1992 I completed a two month Officer course in Paarl and was promoted to Lieutenant.

I was promoted to Captain during 1994 and to Major during 1996. During January 1998 I started I started working as Head of the Human Resource department at Kuilsriver Police station.

On 31st January 2000 I was declared medically unfit for the SAPS and on the 31st December 2000 we moved to Gansbaai as a family.

We moved to Gansbaai because it is peaceful and for the beautiful scenery. The crime is much lower here and the cost of living also much less than in the city.

At the beginning of 2004 I started working as an Intern Agent . I did my Estate Agency Affairs board course and wrote my examination on the 17th June 2004 and became a Full status Agent.

During May 2018 I started working as an Agent for Pam Golding Properties Gansbaai.

I love working with people and broadening my knowledge. I am a dedicated worker and always try to give my best.

In this profession I can be myself and derive pleasure from seeing my clients happy when they buy or sell.

I always endeavour to provide my clients with the best advice and ensure that they are always up to date with info regarding the selling or buying of property.

When I am not working, I keep myself busy with gardening and hiking in the area.
