Hi, I'm Stellenbosch agent,Viv Lamb andI have always loved working with people. I spent a while in advertising particularly in liaising with clients, which is where I realised how much I enjoyed working with and interacting with people and ensuring their needs and wants were met.

I joined Pam Golding in May 2005 as a Rental Agent where I took over a portfolio which consisted mainly of students. I quickly realized that I would prefer doing rentals of large homes and was fortunate enough to start with the De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate, while it was in the process of being built. It did not take long for me to build up a very nice portfolio of properties in the Estate as well as in Die Boord, Mostertsdrift and Paradyskloof.

While I mainly work with rentals, particularly large homes - I do have the opportunity to sell, when a landlord decides to sell their property.
