Hello, my name is Katlego Matlapeng, your agent for surrounding suburbs which includes Tlhabane West, Boitekong, Meriting, Waterfall East, Cashan and other areas in and around Rustenburg. I was born and raised in Rustenburg and have watched the highs and the lows of this platinum rich town, once known as the fastest growing town in the world.

I have just recently joined the Pam Golding Property group in Rustenburg where I am able to once again exercise my selling skills, but in a different environment. Once selling solar panels for homes, I’m now selling homes. This has been vastly different and in the beginning was somewhat overwhelming. However, with every experience in the property market and with every challenge, I have been able to grow in leaps and bounds and am loving every minute of it.

What I love about my job is that it brings along a lot of networking opportunities and interaction with clients from all walks of life. Helping people by showing them a specific home that I feel would be suited to their needs and seeing their excitement is of great value to me as an agent. With every day comes new challenges, and with every client comes a new set of requirements and I feel privileged to be entrusted in assisting each one of these clients.

I am determined by nature to succeed, I’m driven, persistent and eager to help a client find and purchase their dream home and to see the total satisfaction and excitement on their faces in finding this.

Beyond my daily work of real estate, I love music, art, photography and anything that has to do with the performing arts. I feel we have a country that is rich and diverse in culture and arts and it needs to be appreciated and nurtured. The outdoors is also one of my interests, as nature is life giving and presents a certain kind of serenity. You will often find me gardening with my little girl who is the absolute centre of my everyday life. Spending time with her and my family and cooking and doing fun things is who I am outside of the office.
