Hi, I am Ellmarie Spencer and have been with Pam Golding Properties in Umhlanga since 2003. Prior to joining Pam Golding, I was a property developer. I am passionate about property, but more importantly, I am a proud Pam Golding agent and will always go the extra mile for my clients. I am in property because there is nothing that excites me more. I have been involved in real estate since moving to Umhlanga 35 years ago. Firstly, in the Timeshare Industry for 6 years, then as a Property Developer for 11 years and now as a Gold Club Elite Agent at Pam Golding for 20 years. My knowledge of property is expansive and my passion endless. I have made Gold Club for 18 years and in 2008 won the award for the Highest Sales Value and highest number of referrals in KZN. In 2011 I made Gold Club Elite Status and in 2013 was a National Agent of the Year Finalist.

I have a wonderful family, my husband Kevin is retired, my daughter Melani lives in The Algarve and my son, Mark is a trader at Olam, and they share my interest and are also passionate about property. The most important factor is to offer a highly professional service with a true understanding of your clients’ needs when they decide to invest in real estate, with a high level of after sale service. I have been fortunate throughout my career to have met and dealt with amazing clients.

A large part of my success has been through referrals from my clients to their friends and family. I am very involved with various developments in our area and am able to offer sound advice regarding new developments due to my personal building and developing experience, I am working on a number of projects with developers. I am also on the Signature Sibaya development team. I pride myself on my level of service, my integrity and I have a great understanding of my clients’ needs, both buyers and sellers.
