Hi, I am Barry Sparks, I joined Pam Golding in 2016 after being a Banker for 32 Years, specialising in High Level Management, Business Finance of properties both Commercial and Residential, and have achieved numerous awards over years.

Having been involved in the Financial and Commercial areas, I decided to enrol with Pretoria University in 2009 to obtain the coveted CCPP Certified Commercial Property Practitioner and graduated 3rd overall in South Africa. After that I completed my PPRE Professional Practitioner in Real Estate as well as an NQF 6 Financial Markets and Instruments.

This has further equipped me with the best tools available, to enter the Real Estate arena specialising in Commercial Sales and Rentals. I have built up a sound Client base of both Sellers and Buyers, and as such consistently achieved as a Top Performer year on year.
