Hi, I am Christy and I am a property consultant for Pam Golding Properties. I hold my PPRA qualification and operate within the Swartland District. I’ve ventured into retail after obtaining my two degrees at Stellenbosch University in 2012. Building interpersonal relationships and communication forms an integral part of my day to day life.

I believe in finding the heart of a property and then attracting the matching owner. I like seeking the potential and dreaming along with my clients about the possibilities. I love history and I find myself having a passion for historical properties.

I’ve travelled abroad extensively but every time I came across a golden wheat field my heart yearned for the Swartland. Malmesbury and Moorreesburg is my residential focus area. My farming area extends to the Bergrivier. I grew up on a farm and today I find myself often interacting with farmers of our district.
One seems to return to one’s roots. I’ve assisted families returning back to a country lifestyle in our rural setting. The look on someone’s face, those first five minutes as they fall in love with a property: that’s everything.
