I currently have an FETC in Real Estate and have been working in Real Estate for the past 38 years in the Grahamstown area. I am privileged to have been born in a town like Grahamstown with such a rich 1820 Settlers history. Grahamstown has some of the most beautiful and oldest churches in the country and we are known as the City of Saints.

The students in Grahamstown form a large portion of the town’s population with Rhodes University, one of the most recognised Universities in the country with a well-established reputation for academic excellence, forming the heart of the city. A large portion of my profile is to assist students in finding suitable accommodation whilst studying at the University.

Before moving back to Grahamstown, my hometown, I was a Manager of a timeshare resort in Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape – River Club Villas, for three years. On my arrival back in Grahamstown, I joined the rental department of another estate agency where I worked for 5 years plus. Whilst working there I was awarded Rental Agent of the Year for the period 2008 - 2011.

Having worked as a rental agent at Pam Golding Properties in Grahamstown since 2013, I have beenawarded Gold Club status every year since 2015, making me a GoldClub Elite Agent. This is awarded for service excellence, and exhibiting the highest level of professionalism in the true Pam Golding Properties tradition. I am proud to say that I am the first rental agent to achieve this status at the Grahamstown branch. I was awarded the Rental Agent of the Year Regional Award for the Eastern Cape, Garden Route & Northern Cape area in 2020 & 2021, and was Second runner up for the National Agent of the Year | Rentals by Value | Franchise in 2021.

Being a rental agent is a very challenging job and one is faced daily with new challenges. I love my work and I am a very passionate, diligent and a loyal worker. I always aim to deliver the best possible service to my landlords and tenants. I love meeting different people from all walks of life. I treat everyone the same as they are all unique, special and have a story to tell!
