Good day, I am Tom Gelletich the Wildlife property specialist with Pam Golding Hoedspruit and Greater Kruger Park. Good day, I am Tom Gelletich the Wildlife property specialist with Pam Golding Hoedspruit and Greater Kruger Park. I am currently qualifying for my Real Estate License, Online Marketing, Valuators qualification and plan on getting the NHBRC qualification as well. Having lived in the Hoedspruit area for most of my life and a member of one of the oldest families here dating back to the late 30’s, I have a great understanding, knowledge and feeling of the area that very few new comers have. I specialise in sales and valuations in the whole of the Greater Kruger, Hoedspruit and its surrounding region. I specifically enjoy working with game farms, agricultural farms, lodges, wildlife estates, nature reserves and commercial properties.
I attended Michaelhouse and Rhodes University which lead me out of the area for a couple years however as the adage goes the waters of the Oliphants River drew me home. In terms of my career highlights I have been very fortunate in that every property sale or valuation has been memorable in one or other way whether it be the challenge of conducting a vigorous sales negotiation, an accurate market related valuation or meeting interesting people.
I have recently sold the most beautiful 1000 hectares within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve to a member of the Greater Kruger Park as well as hosting several scenic dams with commanding views over the bushveld onto the Northern Drakensberg range and home to Africa’s great Big 5. Working in the Greater Kruger Park especially in real estate services is absolutely incredible! I have the opportunity to travel the length and breadth of God’s country as well as meeting wonderful people and helping them realise their African dream.
When I’m not selling or listing and my children aren’t attending the local environment based Southern Cross School, I spend time with my beautiful wife and my three adorable children. We love to travel this incredible lifestyle area, enjoying mountain biking and hiking in the Drakensberg, fishing and boating on the Blyde and Oliphants River as well as game viewing or just soaking up this stunning African paradise that is the Greater Kruger!
