Hello, I’m Akram, it’s been a long time coming but I’ve finally found my niche – Real Estate.

I’ve started my career with Pam Golding Properties Durban since August 2021. I specialize in residential sales and rentals – servicing the Durban Area, spanning from the Beach front till the Bluff.

I am a Property Consultant with a BTech in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) as well as a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification to throw it into the mix.

Being a realtor features elements like interior design, furnishings, finishing’s and marketing. However, the core of the property business lies in the buildings themselves. This fine-tuned skill requires a deep understanding of physical structures together with their position on the market.

My extensive experience in Civil Engineering and the Built Environment – as a young and vibrant engineer – makes me well suited to assess the state of your different properties.

Alongside my passion for Real Estate I also love creating happiness for others. I am able to spot homes with ample potential for re-development, and to advise buyers on what’s achievable on older dwellings.

I possess a strong imagination and this trait, combined with sound practical knowledge, puts me in good stead to advise on all aspects.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with friends and family. I love nature and all that it has to offer. I enjoy taking long drives and exploring the hidden gems our beautiful country has to offer. I’m also a foodie and a coffee connoisseur. I have a pallet that likes to get a taste of different cuisines. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing and braais.
