Hi, I’m Arno de Wit and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since September 2008. I specialize in residential property rentals in the City Bowl and De Waterkant. I am a qualified NQF4, PPRE Real Estate agent and also hold a Business Management Diploma obtained from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

I have 15 years experience in the real estate industry, where initially I was involved in buying, renovatingand sellingold homes. I then gradually moved into the rental side of the industry due to various overseas friends requesting my help to manage their rental properties on their behalf.
