Hello , I'm Christa, an area specialist for Greenstone Hill Sectional & Full Title properties. I have been selling homes since July 2001. Before taking up this exclusive opportunity I worked in the Johannesburg Region for 21 years of my career where I gained an abundance of sales and property experience.

Being an extrovert and a people person, I embrace the opportunity I get to interact with people daily, and I love making a difference in their lives. It is both a joy and a privilege to assist families with selling or purchasing of their homes.

I’m passionate about real estate and being a well-known property professional but mostly about people. I try to understand the circumstances that my clients are dealing with because I understand that a home is one of the largest assets a person can own. I have a well-establish reputation of honesty, and trustworthiness and am a skilled negotiator.

I am a very proud Mom of two children and love spending quality family time with them and enjoying dinners during the week and taking time to catch up on everyone's busy schedule when I am not searching for the perfect home for a new family you will find me spending time with my amazing family. An important part of my life outside of work is fitness and health. Being a big food lover, I realized the need to gym and run to make sure I keep those kilos off. I love taking part in running races over weekends and am always excited to meet a lot of new friends. I love and enjoy cooking, sharing, and enjoying good food in a warm, comforting, and cozy home with my special family and friends is my ultimate pleasure for the rare days I take off.

I am forever grateful that through unwavering hard work and focus for which I have been recognized for attaining Gold Club status, which is awarded to a select group of agents for exceptional property sales whilst exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and service excellence.

As an agent, I deal with hundreds of people daily, and everyone has a different story and a different need. Before my real estate career, I was a High School teacher for seven years and when I was also a stay-at-home mom for four years and I started selling Honey Jewelry and Annique Rooibos Products and growing up with a mom in the real estate business I realized this is where I got my passion and interest in beautiful homes and the real estate career.

Within my first year of joining the Pam Golding Properties family, I achieved Gold Club status and have continued to win Gold Club status since 2003.
