My romance with Pam Golding Properties began in 2001 on the East Rand, Benoni. I was fortunate to market and sell in the beautiful areas of Westdene and Lakefield where properties were exquisitely maintained, with manicured gardens and views of the picturesque Korsmans Bird Sanctuary and The Pan.During this time, one of my most memorable achievements was listing a spectacular home on “The Drive” in Westdene and selling it for a record price of R3.2 million, the highest price ever achieved in the area and warranting a proud write up in the “Benoni Times” back in December 2002.
I was fortunate to attend weekly training through the Pam Golding Training Academy, the most prestigious training academy in Sandton. These sessions equipped me with a wealth of knowledge, and I benefitted immensely.I relocated to Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2004 and continued my career with Pam Golding Properties in Amanzimtoti along the South Coast. Here, my most memorable achievement was at the launch of a seaside development in Illovo Beach, “La Mer”, when I sold 10 apartments in one evening. That was a truly memorable evening and a wonderful opportunity to see a development grow from grass roots to completion!
In 2013 I moved to Ballito where I am extremely happy and can proudly say I have now been in the property industry for 22 years, having started my career in Zimbabwe in 1998.I love meeting new clients. It brings me great delight in seeing and feeling the joy they experience when they fall in love with their first home, their dream home, or their retirement home.My goal as an agent is to always be a person of integrity, professionalism, honesty and friendly.
My primary concern is that my clients are happy with their purchase and I will go out of my way to make their search for property an enjoyable one. I endeavor to put my experience and training to good use in order for my clients to make informed decisions. My love for property encouraged me to qualify as an Interior Decorator, this has definitely been to my advantage as I am able to visualize the potential in properties or assist sellers in preparing their home for a successful sale.
