About Demi Mitoulis

I am Demi Mitoulis and I am privileged to have joined my mother, Mandy Mitoulis, at Pam Golding Properties in the sales of Full Title homes on the Atlantic Seaboard.

Property has always been the topic of conversation in our household and naturally, I was always drawn towards the industry. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cape Town in 2017 and was once again intrigued by the real estate profession and quickly developed a strong passion for the trade. I find it incredibly rewarding and it gives me great pleasure to help and reassure Sellers during the journey to sell their homes as well as joy in helping Buyers to find the perfect home for them.

I aim to bring trust, hard work, and professionalism to everything I do. When I am not selling property, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, walking my dogs, and dining out.
