About Marsha Delport
My career in Real Estate started in Windhoek, Namibia. I passed my examinations; the Principles of Real
Estate and received my Namibia Estate Agents Board Certificate on 30 July 2004.
The highlight of my career was in Namibia when I sold a property of a former Zimbabwean President, in
Windhoek. Dealing with the Zimbabwean Embassy to realize the deal was extremely interesting and I
learned valuable lessons.
The company I worked for was awarded second place for most units sold in a new business by Nedbank
Nam HL. I returned to South Africa in 2005 and was only introduced to Real Estate again in 2017.
I started as an Intern Estate Agent at one of the biggest franchise realtors. A year later I also took over the
entire rentals department of the office. I managed a rental book of approximately 112 rental properties.
