About Zuki Nonkula

A dream that started in the early 90s, in one's varsity days. Driving past beautiful properties in KZN, a seed was planted. I would stand infront of those display windows when walking inside malls, so drawn and amazed by the beauty that was displayed before my very own eyes. Passion for property was engraved in my heart and I would say to myself," One day I will own one of these.

The journey to acquiring that dream began 10 years, when an opportunity was presented to me. I didn't think twice because I had made a resolve that "One Day". I didn't think much about the "how long" part but I started walking. The years felt like days and the passion grew stronger as I walked. I wanted to know everything about property. I started learning and I would attend every course related to Real Estate.
