About Tracey Wernich

Tracey has have been in the property industry for more than 30 years. In 1998 she joined Index Property Solutions with the original shareholders.

Focus was on the smooth running of the business, systems, human resources, marketing, financial accounting, general operations, admin staff and broker management.

In 2017 Tracey decided to focus only on Property Portfolio Management, including Sectional Title, Body Corporates, Home Owners Associates, Rental Management and Residential sales and letting.

Tracey has her Level 5 qualification and PDE - MPRE
