Prior to joining Harcourt’s West Coast as intern, Deirdré worked in the Customer Services and Sales commercial department of Telkom for 16 years. When opportunity came knocking in the Tourism industry by means of Brochure Management she took on the challenge and became the West Coast & Swartland franchisee for South Africa’s largest tourism distributor disseminating tourism information across the country through her network.
