About Vic Duggan

Emigrated to South Africa in 1976 at the age of 25 with an engineering background.

After 22 years as an independent financial planner running my own brokerage, I returned to the UK in 2004 to pursue a business opportunity.

One year later and disillusioned with living in the country of my birth, my wife and I decided to return to South Africa in 2005 where I became involved in the real estate profession.

Have eventually settled down with Harcourts Two Oceans involving sales of property in Clovelly and Fish Hoek ranging from modest flats in the valley to magnificent mountainside homes.

Married to Carol for 43 years, have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
