About Nicola van Staden

I grew up with a passionate and creative father who enjoyed buying, renovating & reselling property. Seeing the extraordinary transformations of houses to gorgeous homes, fueled my urge and infatuation with property as well as my inevitable career in real estate.

I completed my Marketing management N4, N5 and N6 Qualification in 2002 in which I excelled in Sales. I have been fortunate enough to work in the yachting industry in which I got to travel and visit numerous destinations across the globe. This allowed me to find inspiration in beautiful and creative architectural buildings and structures in Monaco, Spain, Italy, UK, Europe, USA and Australia. This industry also allowed me to gain numerous skills, amongst them, paying attention to detail and being able to listen, understand and visualize what my client’s needs and wants are.
