Marchant joined the real estate industry in 2020 but has been familiar with it since he was a young boy. When he was just 13 years old, Marchant knew then and decided that he was going to become a property practitioner. He spent many holidays shadowing property practitioners and working part time amongs them. He is also a car enthusiast and owns a car detailing business.
