I am Karin Schwim, a Principal Property Practitioner, Developer, and Valuator with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Since 1999, I’ve had the privilege of serving my community and clients as the Principal of Fine & Country Bethlehem | Clarens | Rosendal.

Throughout my career, I’ve held several leadership roles, including Chairperson of the Business Chamber and Chairperson of Eastern Free State Tourism. I also served on Bethlehem’s College Board for two years. One of the highlights of my time as Chairperson of Eastern Free State Tourism was being selected to attend the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show in Berlin, representing our region.
