I’ve always been passionate about property and after owning a air-conditioning business for 16 years, sold up, and decided to start my real estate career in February 2000. Doucal Properties was created soon after we entered the Real Estate Property Market in 2000. It became an active trading company after we had been with 2 of the BIG FIVE agencies (Pam Golding Bedfordview from 2000 – 2002 and Chas Everitt international Bedfordview 2003 – 2008 and achieving Master Agent Award Status for sales exceeding R250 million plus, 4 years in a row) When the Financial Crisis of 2007 arrived we decide towards the end of 2008 that this was a perfect time to start trading as Doucal Properties.
