Paul began in retail real estate sales in 1977, and very quickly gravitated to developments, feeling an instant affinity with the building process, and enjoying the ability to 'fit the home to the client'.

An opportunity to join the Film Industry in 1985 offered 10 years travel experience throughout Europe. Returning to South Africa in 1995 after democracy, to open his own business within the Film and Advertising Industry brought immeasurable experience, both with people and production service.

Returning to Real Estate in 2011, his passion for design and quality delivery developments, from Townhouses to Apartment buildings and Bespoke homes has resulted in many successful projects.
