I serve as the CEO of Chas Everitt International Property Group.

My parents, Charles and Tilla Everitt, embarked on this real estate venture 43 years ago, and in 1998, I took the mantle, acquiring Chas Everitt Estates. Upon their retirement, we rebranded to encapsulate our expanding horizons as Chas Everitt International Property Group.

From that transformative moment in 1998, our trajectory has been nothing short of impressive. Today, Chas Everitt shines as one of South Africa's premier real estate brands.

We have an indomitable presence across all major cities, underpinned by a brigade of approximately 1,000 committed sales and rental agents. Our vision is clear: Be the leading real estate company of choice. This vision cascades into our mission, which encompasses a cohesive strategy:

During this period, my leadership saw global acknowledgement when I was conferred the prestigious Global Leadership Award for 2022 by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
