Mark Botha matriculated at St Martins and after school served his National Service in the South African Air Force.

Subsequent to his time in the Air Force Mark successfully completed his Diploma in Business Management at Damelin College in 1989.

Marrk wrote his Estate Agents Affairs Board Exams in 1989 as well as attaining his Certificate of the Institute of Estate of Estate Agents.

He officially entered the real estate industry in same year in the Alberton area as an Estate Agent, specialising in the suburbs of Brackendowns and Brackenhurst.

After gaining experience with several well known local Johannesburg South Estate Agencies, Mark opened his own shop in 1999, Boss Realty, which he ran successfully for nearly a decade before he was invited to take up a position as the Branch Manager for Pam Golding in Johannesburg South.
