After 14 years in the industrial property environment in Gauteng, Robert recently relocated to the Western Cape. Combining his extensive network with the “semigration” movement, Robert specializes in transactions in emerging strategic areas, with National and International clients increasingly aware of the necessity to operate under a functioning municipality with a vision for the future. With the shortage of decent existing stock and development land in Cape Town, the opportunities along primary nodal linkages such as the N7, N1 and N2 corridors will in the future provide the most advantageous centres of gravity for logistics and light manufacturing entities.
