With over 30 years of experience in the Cape Town Commercial Property market, he is a respected specialist in his field. Dave is a member of the SAPOA Western Cape Council, SAPOA National Research Committee and has chaired the Cape Town Office Vacancy Panel for the past 18 years. As well as advising national companies on their leasing requirements, Dave is often appointed by international companies to source and negotiate commercial premises on their behalf in Cape Town.
