? Preparing professional looking sales brochures and promotional information, marketing plan to attract the

maximum number of qualified buyers in the shortest possible time after doing a comprehensive listing of your

property

? Generating appointments for viewings from existing database of prequalified buyers

? Negotiating with potential sellers and buyers

? Following up on all business leads

? Liaising with attorneys, banks and surveyors

? Regular feedback to sellers

? Comparing a property to others in the area the estimating its value

? Pointing out a property’s best features to buyers and answering questions during viewings

? Writing of agreement contracts

? Negotiating the highest possible price for your property in the shortest period of time

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Comprehensive knowledge of property values, law and financing.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Matriculated in 1982

? Marketing Diploma

? Completed courses in Art of Negotiation by David Knox
