Nikolai grew up in Bellville, Cape Town in a family deeply active in the property profession. His father was a property developer and his mother a principal agent in the residential property market. Property conversations being a normal part of the dinner conversations, Nikolai was inspired with a passion for the industry and, bringing in his ability to think outside of the box, helps find the perfect property solution for his clients. His experience of living in the UK and the USA combined with his English and Afrikaans roots have skilled Nikolai to adapt to the wide range of property requirements and needs from the buyers, sellers and tenants in the Maitland and N'dabeni area, putting his diploma in Property Management to best use.
