The Legal Practice, Schoeman Kellerman @ Kotzé Incorporated, presently carried on at First and Second Floor, Schoeman Kellerman & Kotzé Building, Reinet Street, Welkom, was established during 1962 by Hector Schoeman who is at present a Consultant at the Practice.

During the years, the Practice experienced considerable growth and has now developed into a business with three Directors, numerous Secretaries, Clerks, Interpreters and Messengers. The full staff compliment is twenty five. During 1999 the Practice, which up to that stage had been conducted as a Partnership, was converted into an Incorporated Private Company.

As a result of its locality, which provides for both urban and rural population groups, the Practice covers a wide spectrum of legal work. Our Conveyancing Department is under the supervision of a Director of this Company. The Conveyancing...
