Morkel & de Villiers has been in existence in the Helderberg basin since 1918 and is one of the oldest and largest firms of Attorneys in the Helderberg and Boland area and is proud of its association over the years with the Community.

The firm started as a one-man practice and expanded over the years to an Incorporated Practice with five Directors, two Professional Assistants, an Associate, two Consultants and an Administrative Staff of twenty four. Our Professional staff include five Conveyancers and three Notaries that attend to conveyancing matters, including the transfer of immovable property and registration of Mortgage Bonds in the Deeds Office.
