Apart from finalising any instructions in record time and with due diligence, our offices also offer the following :
1.1 Our professional staff are available to consult with clients at their homes or offices, in and around Gauteng to attend to explanation and signature of the document relevant to the conveyancing transaction.
1.2 We attend to lodgement and registration in the Johannesburg and Pretoria Deeds offices and have a great team of correspondents all over South Africa to assist in lodgements elsewhere.
1.3 We will ensure that all parties involved in a specific transaction are always up to date by providing weekly feedback and updates in real time.
1.4 We immediately address any default or problem that may arise in the transaction and have the required litigation experience should the matter become litigious.
1.5 We would like to offer a one-stop solution to all parties in the conveyancing process. To this end, we would like to involve ourselves with the transaction right from inception. Your clients have the benefit of advice on the transaction before conclusion of any agreement and our offices assist with the drafting of the sale agreements where necessary. The service is free of charge.
1.6 Where we have to work in conjunction with other attorneys attending to a part of the transaction, we continuously follow up with these attorneys to ensure that there are no delays in lodgement and registration. In this regard we truly go the extra mile.
1.7 Our transfer, bond and bond cancellation fees are charged as per the tariff prescribed by the Law Society and we provide our clients with a quotation on the fees payable at the outset of the transaction. However, and in instances where a client requires the registration of conveyancing transaction in bulk, our offices will accommodate our clients in regard to a discount on the fee.
Insofar as securities go, our offices have a standing agreement with our larger corporate clients, in terms of which all instructions, notwithstanding the registration amount, are charged at a minimal flat rate to register security bonds over movable and immovable.
