BURNE & BURNE Attorneys is a family orientated firm of attorneys, which after five generations still uses the name Burne & Burne.

The firm is run by Gerald Burne (admitted in 1966) in partnership with his son Garth Burne, specialising in Conveyancing, the Administration of Deceased Estates, Drafting Wills and Notarial Work as well as General Legal Advice, Collection Work and Litigation. They are assisted by Natalie Burne (Office Manager) and supporting staff.

Garth’s goal for BURNE & BURNE is to always strive for the highest level of legal service and to maintain the personal touch therefore creating lasting relationships with his clients that the practice has been known for over the years.
