Belinda was born and raised in the Durban Highway area graduating from Durban KwaZulu-Natal University BA (LLB) in 1991. She qualified as an attorney and conveyance in 1991 and was granted Right of Appearance in the High Court in 1996. After practicing in Durban for a number of years she opened her own practice in 1996, dealing for the last 15 years in the full spectrum of property, family and commercial law.
