According to the detailed listing, this ultra-luxury lodge offers two investment options of 50% at USD$20 million (about R305m @R15.27/$) or 100% ownership at USD$38 million (about R580m). The price excludes VAT of 15%, should it be payable.
Lodge A is "set on top of one of the highest mountains on the reserve, as if floating in an otherworldly atmosphere. It offers only 7 suites, each beautifully decorated in the same refined elegance as the rest of the lodge".
Lodge B is "a traditional Cape Dutch style Ultra Luxury Lodge. The lodge has 11 spacious rooms that have a feeling of yesteryear, yet are completely modern in their offering. A home-away-from-home feel, the lodge has a large and inviting swimming pool, intimate bar and library".
Lodge C "is a restored farmhouse, centrally located in the middle of the Game Reserve. Completely off-the-grid and solar-powered, this four-bedroomed traditional Karoo homestead has its own private pool and boma, as well as an outside braai area, to while away long, peaceful hours and lazy days in the Great Karoo".
