Visit the Cape Town Property Buyer Show from 8-9 April

27 Mar 2017

Looking to buy or invest in Western Cape property?

“CCH will be marketing our property mandates and developments at the inaugural Western Cape Property Buyer Show to be held at the CTICC from 8 to 9 April 2017,” says Wiese.

“Then make sure you will be attending the Property Buyer Show at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) where an innovative exhibition layout is designed to walk buyers through the property buying process,” says Benhard Wiese, Principal Agent of Cape Coastal Home (CCH).

“It is literally a one-stop shop, which will simplify the process.”

Wiese says the expo offers a finance zone, property zone, first-time buyer seminar theatre and a property investor theatre.

“The visitor experience will include opportunities to discuss affordability and interact with the lenders, see new developments and agent listings, compare prices, understand rental returns and make decisions about their purchase,” he says.

“CCH will be marketing our property mandates and developments at the inaugural Western Cape Property Buyer Show to be held at the CTICC from 8 to 9 April 2017.”

Wiese says this is the first time such an all-encompassing property exhibition is available in the Western Cape.

“CCH attended and marketed our mandates at two similar expos during 2016 in the United Kingdom (London and Manchester - Places In The Sun) and had first-hand experience on how well this formula is working, with property buyers literally coming to the expo from across the whole region due to the ease and time-saving comfort with which buyers can connect with all the role players under one roof,” he says.

Wiese says this expo is also an ideal platform for anyone looking to own and invest in property.

“The Property Buyer Show is a first-of-its-kind exhibition aimed at residential property buyers who either want to buy their first home or build wealth through their own property investment portfolio,” says Wiese.

“CCH member agents from across the Western Cape will be available from 09h00 to 17h00 to answer any question property buyers might have about the different types of property available in the areas they work - from the West Coast (Jacobsbaai, LangebaanSaldanhaPaternoster and Vredenburg) across the Cape Winelands (Paarl and Stellenbosch) and the Cape Town Northern Suburbs (e.g. Kuils RiverBellville, Brackenfell, Durbanville and Eerste River) up  to the Helderberg area (Somerset WestStrand and Gordons Bay) and the Whale Coast (Bettys Bay).”

He says the CCH stand is located right next to STBB, “one of the biggest conveyancing firms in the Western Cape, which makes it so much more convenient for our visitors to gain advice on some property law questions you may have”.

Wiese say the expo will give property sellers in the Western Cape the ideal chance to get their properties in front of an expected 2 500 property buyers.
