The US actor Lisa Kudrow, famous for playing Phoebe in the hit US sitcom ‘Friends’, has sold her penthouse in Park City, Utah, through Engel & Völkers for US$3.6 million (approximately €3.4 million).

“The property has a superb location in the desirable Deer Valley Resort, a winter sports resort, with access to some of the best ski slopes in North America,” says Paul Benson, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers in Park City.

The penthouse is situated in the exclusive Black Diamond Lodge, on two levels with a total interior of approximately 350sqm. It has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Benson says full-length window frontages make the most of the fabulous far-reaching views of the surrounding mountains. The luxurious amenities include a heated Whirlpool on the private terrace off the guest room.

Residents here also benefit from a main reception area, a chauffeur and concierge service and a private gym complete with a steam room.

“Park City’s historic Main Street with its many restaurants and boutiques is just a stone’s throw from the property, while Salt Lake International Airport is an approximately 30-minute drive away,” says Benson.
