Zevenwacht Lifestyle Estate, located on the award-winning Zevenwacht Wine Estate on the Stellenbosch Wine Route, has launched 10 independent living retirement apartments at the limited release price of R994 900 - with no transfer duties payable.
MSP Developments CEO Riaan Roos says the special offer will secure full ownership of the apartments, with monthly levies competitively set at R3 288 until June 2021.
“On a first come, first served basis, 10 astute retirees can have full ownership of these completely built ‘move-in ready’ apartments, without additional costs, and benefit from community living, round-the-clock security, medical, catering, cleaning with laundry services, and the opportunity to establish new friendships,” says Roos.
