“Since its inception in August 2014 until the end of April 2019, a period of 56 months (or four years and eight months), sales at Sitari Country Estate have totalled R1 306 595 221.33," says Claudius Combrinck, Executive Director of Uvest Property Sales. "Sitari continues to grow and develop briskly, and has added more than just a pretty face to the landscape of the Helderberg Basin.”

According to Combrinck, there are between 800 and 1 000 individuals working on Sitari Country Estate every day, and 15 accredited building contractors in action across the site.

This was our second-best year in terms of sales by rand value since inception. Sales at the estate averaged just under 14 properties per month from 1 January to 31 December 2018, which includes plots, homes and apartments. This year has been no different, despite being an election year, and we recorded R26.785 million in sales during the month of April 2019,” he says.
