This week the Pam Golding Property group paid tribute to one of their top agents, Pearl Sparks, who passed away suddenly on Sunday 29 May (2016) and who was a dedicated and high-achieving PGP agent for the past 35 years.

Over the years she sold to clients, their children and their grandchildren. Repeat business included selling eight different homes owned over the years for the same client.
Says Dr Golding: “A true doyenne in the property industry and well-known countrywide for her continued success, Pearl was there with founder and life president, Pam at the very start of the formation of the Pam Golding Property group and her passing leaves an enormous hole in our hearts. We extend our sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Glamorous, stylish and serene, Pearl knew the Rondebosch area where she lived intimately and could recall even subtle details of properties simply from the mention of an address.
Says Dr Golding: “Hardworking and competitive, Pearl could often oversee 14 show houses on one Sunday alone. She had an incredible network, proof of which is that her phone never stopped ringing, keeping her two PA’s and daughter who assisted her busy with all the behind-the-scenes work while she carried out what she did best – personal interaction with clients and closing sales. A consummate professional, even while in hospital after major surgery she was soon on the phone, closing another transaction.”
Providing premium service delivery, Pearl Sparks achieved the PGP group’s prestigious Gold Club status consistently throughout her tenure, as well as the coveted Emerald Circle status which is reserved for the very top echelon of high-achieving agents.
