Paarl estate to launch

03 Aug 2008
A security estate development is to be developed and launched in Sanddrift Street in Paarl.

The site is near Paarl Gymnasium High School and the WA Joubert Primary School.

Announcing the new development, Johannes Barnard, managing director of A-Property Sales, said 80 erven are being offered. These have an average size from 240sq m to 500sq m and are selling from R465k to R800k.

Architectural guidelines, said Barnard, will apply on all units and will ensure that the homes have a new Cape Vernacular style, that will harmonise with the prevailing Paarl architectural motifs and will keep the standard of design high throughout the development.

The guidelines allow for single and double storey detached and semi-detached homes and it will be possible to build on 40% to 50% of the plot size. Maximum bulk can be up to 75%, if the buyers opt for a double storey.

This means that on a 240sq m plot a house with up to 180sq m can be built and many of the homes will have three bedrooms.

For more information contact Johannes Barnard on 082 529 4955 or send an email.
