Almost a year ago, Trinity Projects and Uvest Property Group announced a turnkey Country Homes deal at Sitari Country Estate near Somerset West, which established Trinity Projects as the accredited provider of the turnkey Country Homes at Sitari.
These large, freestanding single residential Country Homes are in addition to Sitari’s offerings of serviced stands, luxury apartments and Village Homes.
“The Country Homes offer three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a double garage. A few of the homes have four bedrooms. They are sized from 187sqm to 236sqm, and are set on plots of 450sqm to 460sqm,” says Erik Joubert, Managing Director of Trinity Projects.
“Each home is pre-designed by Trinity and BPAS Architecture and allocated to specific erven to form a cohesive streetscape, as well as complying with the stringent Sitari architectural and urban planning guidelines.”
Jourbet says fittings and finishes are of the high standard, synonymous with Sitari Country Estate, and include Grohe taps, Geberit sanitaryware, engineered stone countertops, aluminium windows and sliding doors, gas fireplaces, large-format porcelain tiles, laminated flooring in bedrooms, a solar energy geyser, Elite roof tiles, automatic garage doors, and landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation.
“We have only two turnkey homes still available to purchase in our first two phases. The first batch of those Trinity Projects Country Homes is now complete and being handed over to buyers, and we are now launching Phase three,” says Joubert.
He says construction of Phase two Trinity Projects Country Homes is currently well on the way, with occupation of the first batch of these scheduled for the end of 2016.
“There is no doubt that the high quality and image of the estate’s landscaping, security and attention to detail in all aspects was one of the main contributing factors to our success at Sitari,” he says.
Prices of the Phase three Trinity Projects turnkey Country Homes start at R2.965 million for a 200sqm three bedroom home to R3.4 million for the limited number of four bedroom 236sqm freestanding homes. All prices include VAT.
The homes are developed on a turnkey basis with registration on completion. They appeal especially to larger families who require more space and a hassle-free building experience.
“We announced at the launch of Sitari back in July 2014 that we would allow a select number of top property developers to join Sitari Country Estate. The sheer size of the estate at 192ha makes this a necessity,” says John Coetzee, Executive Director of Uvest Property Group, developers of Sitari.

Joubert says as with the previous phases, the Phase three Trinity Projects Country Homes are expected to move quickly, and potential buyers are requested to register their interest.
Other options on offer at Sitari include a limited number of Phase three Premium Country plots, turnkey Village Homes and luxury and premium apartments.
