On auction: Residential and commercial property plus 3 frail care centres

With a huge pent-up demand for retirement accommodation in South Africa -particularly with quality medical facilities on site - the availability for buying of three separate frail care centres in upmarket retirement villages and three individual two bedroom units offers lucrative investment opportunities for the savvy buyer.

“All three centres will be sold separately and then together, while the three two bedroom units, which are located in Villa Cortona Retirement Village in the Cape, will be sold individually and completely separately from the frail care centres. The three retirement villages have a combined total of 88 bedrooms. Villa Cortona Retirement Village includes a coffee shop, laundry, ladies bar and gym.

Tenanted mixed-use building in Durban North
