With a huge pent-up demand for retirement accommodation in South Africa -particularly with quality medical facilities on site - the availability for buying of three separate frail care centres in upmarket retirement villages and three individual two bedroom units offers lucrative investment opportunities for the savvy buyer.
This is a word from MC du Toit, CEO Auctions and Sales for BidX1 South Africa, who says that these and other well-positioned investment properties are up for sale at the next online property auction on 4 December 2019.
“All three centres will be sold separately and then together, while the three two bedroom units, which are located in Villa Cortona Retirement Village in the Cape, will be sold individually and completely separately from the frail care centres. All bids received, whether on an individual frail care centre or on all three, will be presented to the trustees,” he says.

Johannesburg
In Johannesburg, up for auction and being sold together as one lot are two adjacent properties with great redevelopment potential situated across the boundaries of Linksfield and Orange Grove in the north eastern parts of a well-established mixed-use node only 10km from Johannesburg CBD.
