“Somerset West is a wonderful area. It is situated perfectly - you are close to top-performing schools, and families are free to enjoy the plethora of great activities the town has to offer. To take a walk on the beach you can drive up to Gordon’s or Betty’s Bay, or venture off to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek to enjoy the famous wine routes.”

The property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a tiled kitchen with a stove and oven hob. The kitchen is finished with melamine and marble tops and has built-in cupboards offering plenty of storage space. The bedrooms are also have spacious cupboards. The unit is secured with burglar bars, security doors and access control.

Outside you’ll find a well-kept garden, communal braai and pool. Residents are allowed to make use of a weber on their stoep if they see fit.

Jovanovski says the property was initially purchased in 2013 for R510 000, however, average sales in the area today are closer to R653 000.
