30 Aug 2012

Food Lover’s Market is bringing its incredible variety to Norwood Mall and is ready for opening day on Thursday 30 August 2012.

Norwood Mall is situated on the corner of Hamlin Street and 6th Avenue and offers an exciting selection of leading retailers.

Elsabe Griesel, portfolio manager for Norwood Mall owners, called The Cavaleros Group says they’redelighted to welcome Food Lovers’ Market to Norwood Mall. "Our research shows it is a strong match for the mall and ideal to meet the growing needs of our shoppers who will now enjoy more choice under one roof.”

Taking South African kitchens by storm, Food Lover’s Market is a theatre of food that caters for the professional ‘foodie’, connoisseurs, and anyone who values exceptional quality and variety.

To make it easy for shoppers to indulge in a range of gourmet foods, the Fruit & Veg City team crossed the globe in search of the hottest international trends in food.

They visited the United States, Europe, Australia and the East, and then brought the best elements of what they saw back with them.

The result is the stylish and modern Food Lover’s Market food emporium at Norwood Mall. The Food Lover’s Market boasts a wide variety of departments that cater to every taste.

Graeme Liebenberg, Group Property and Business Development Manager of Food Lover’s Market says the Norwood shopper is informed and appreciates quality and variety - exactly what they aim to offer with the range of exciting in-store food stations.

He says the Norwood Mall Food Lover’s Market will boast all the value offerings of their other stores, including an Olive Oil-on-tap, artisan breads, a gourmet butchery attended to by expert butchers and the ever popular Market Café.

The new 1 800 sqm Food Lover’s Market joins Norwood Mall’s exceptional line-up of anchor tenants including Woolworths, Dis-Chem and Pick n Pay, which are complemented by an appealing mix of retailers and restaurants.

Norwood Mall, on the corner of Hamlin Street and 6th Avenue, offers amodern, elegant shopping centre with an exciting selection of leading retailers.
