The first four luxury apartment blocks released in Sitari sold out quickly, and lack of availability has resulted in a waiting list for new apartment stock.
John Coetzee, one of the Directors of Uvest Property Group, the developers of Sitari, says Sitari sold out its first four apartment blocks with an average of 15 sales per month.
“Our record was selling out the entire Little Blossom complex of 55 apartments in only two weeks. This led us to fast-track the release of our third luxury apartment complex, Woodbury Lane, which was 50% sold out before release. Premium apartment block Bridgewater was released soon after and also sold out at an astonishing pace,” says Coetzee.
“The demand for well-designed, high-quality apartments in Sitari continues to grow. We have had no apartment stock for sale for the past two-and-a-half months as we have been meticulously planning our next release. Our intention is to continuously improve on the already high standard of design and finishes. In this time our waiting list for new releases has grown to close on 300 registered buyers.”
